Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 25, 2025

Welcome to the Living Maia Ambassador Program (“Program”). By joining, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

“Living Maia,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Blue Green Gaia LLC. “You” or “Ambassador” refers to the applicant.

1. Overview

The Program allows approved Ambassadors to promote Living Maia products and earn commissions on referred sales. Ambassadors are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Living Maia.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into contracts.
  • Applications may be declined at our discretion, including for accounts or content that promote violence, hate, illegal activities, misinformation, or material inconsistent with our values of wellness, sustainability, and integrity.
  • You may not use Living Maia trademarks or domain names in your own URLs, usernames, or paid search ads without written permission.

3. Ambassador Responsibilities

  • Accurately represent Living Maia products and mission.
  • Clearly disclose your ambassador relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines (e.g., “As a Living Maia Ambassador, I earn commissions on qualifying purchases”).
  • Do not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.
  • Do not place referral codes on coupon/deal websites or incentivize purchases with cash, rebates, or unrelated rewards.
  • Respect all intellectual property rights.

4. Commission & Exclusions

  • Standard commission: 15% of net product sales.
  • Customers using your referral link or coupon code receive a 10% discount.
  • Attribution: Commissions are tracked via referral link or coupon code within a 30-day cookie window.
  • Commissions are not paid on:
    • Orders that are canceled, refunded, or fraudulent.
    • Orders intended for resale or wholesale.
    • Your own orders or those of your household.
      • Ambassadors do not earn commission on their own personal purchases. While we make every effort to prevent this automatically, in rare cases commissions may be credited for personal orders due to technical limitations (for example, different emails or addresses being used).
      • Living Maia reserves the right to review orders and adjust or reverse such commissions at any time.
      • If a personal-purchase commission has already been paid or credited, it will either be deducted from future payouts or adjusted in the next payment cycle.

5. Payments

  • Schedule: Payments are issued monthly, on a net-30 basis. Example: commissions earned in March are paid at the end of April.
  • Minimum payout: $50 USD. Earnings below this threshold roll over to the next month.
  • Payment options: PayPal, ACH transfer (U.S. only), gift card. Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
  • Gift cards: Payments may be issued in the form of Living Maia digital gift cards. Gift cards can be issued for any amount, with no minimum required. Gift cards are delivered electronically and can be used toward any purchase at livingmaia.com. Gift cards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
  • Living Maia reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.
  • Upon termination, no further commissions will accrue, and Ambassadors must stop using Living Maia’s name, brand assets, and referral links.

7. Modification

Living Maia may update these Terms at any time. Notice will be provided via email or in the Ambassador Portal. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Relationship of Parties

Ambassadors are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

Living Maia will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to unpaid, valid commissions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Mateo County, California.
