Thank you for shopping with Living Maia. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident you will be happy with the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please review the details below.
Return Authorization
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@livingmaia.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will issue a return authorization number (RMA) along with return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Condition of Items
Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles.
Return Shipping Costs
If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct our original shipping cost from your refund.
Return Timeframe
Once a return authorization number is issued, the item must be shipped back within 14 days. Please include a copy of your sales receipt inside the package to help us process your return promptly.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer exchanges or refunds for eligible returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Address
Authorized returns should be shipped to the address provided in your return instructions. Do not send any returns without an RMA number.
