We want to make managing your orders simple and stress-free.

Single Orders

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as the order has not been processed.
• Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer need the product, you may return it under our Refund & Return Policy.

Subscriptions

• You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime before your next order is processed.
• Changes can be made directly through your account, or you can contact us at support@livingmaia.com for assistance.
• If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation will take effect for your next scheduled delivery.
