Thank you for shopping with Living Maia. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed by the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed early in the day often ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We currently ship using USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Our flat rate shipping charges are based on the order subtotal (before taxes and discounts):

Priority Mail is a faster service option, and its cost does not change based on order size.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery within the United States typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination. Shipments to Canada may take longer due to customs clearance.

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delivery times may be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, or postal holidays. If any item is temporarily out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by email within 2–3 days of your order.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We are not able to ship to other international destinations at this time.

Shipping to Canada

We ship to Canada, and shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on USPS rates. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in Canada.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS services.

 

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident you will be happy with the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please review the details below.

Return Authorization

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@livingmaia.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will issue a return authorization number (RMA) along with return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Condition of Items

Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles.

Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your order qualified for free shipping, our original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return Timeframe

Once a return authorization number is issued, the item must be shipped back within 14 days. Please include a copy of your sales receipt inside the package to help us process your return promptly.

Refunds and Exchanges

We offer exchanges or refunds for eligible returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Address

Authorized returns should be shipped to the address provided in your return instructions. Do not send any returns without an RMA number.
